Directed MYTH screen testing the association of WlsX with known Wls interactors. Wls interactors identified in previous MYTH screens were assayed for interaction with WlsX. Growth on quadruple drop out media was tested in increasing dilutions (left panel for each). Beta-galactosidase activity was assessed by a filter lift assay (right panel for each). Positive controls linked to NubI show growth and beta-galactosidase activity while negative controls linked to NubG showed no growth or beta-galactosidase activity
