Ace changes the m6A levels and m6A related proteins expression in IL-1β-treated chondrocyte cells. The cytokine IL-1β (10 μM) and Ace (50 μg/mL) was used to treat C28/I2 cells. After incubating for 12 h, the mRNA expression levels of m6A-related proteins were detected by RT-qPCR (A), the protein levels of ALKBH5 and FTO were examined by western blot (B), the total m6A level of each group were measured by dot blot analysis (C) and ELISA (D)
